Brizzelda Digbottom's Broom Repair Shop
Brizzelda's Broom Repair Shop began in a miniature workshop of the Quincy, MA Tiny Treasures Society. The workshop: that of creating a garage door and a fore-shortened garage. Her love of all things witchy led her to creating a broom repair shop for witches. Brizzelda is a witch with a trade...that of making and repairing besoms or brooms. Naturally, a landing pad for incoming witches is a must and a rack to hold the brooms of visiting witches, mandatory. Bottles of nails and glue, cans of paint and jars of broom grease and the ever-desirable Broom Varoom and Broom Oomph are on the workshop bench. A self-propelled vacuum cleaner awaits instruction. Witches get hungry too and a dumpster is filled with the evidence of PLENTY of snacking. A 'watch' spider keeps a vigilant eye out up on the roof. Brizzelda has a small collection of books related to the art of flying for sale as well and a glowering jack next to the garage door keeps up a steady sales pitch. The radio on the workbench blasts out all the witchy favorites: the Black Cat Rag and the Boogey Man Stomp. It's a lively place, especially in the few weeks before Halloween!
